The TrēHaus

Residence

In this recently crafted Scandinavian-inspired residence, we've drawn inspiration from the enduring tenets of minimalist design, where functionality meets sophistication. The home seamlessly divides public spaces like the living room and kitchen/dining from the tranquil sleeping quarters. A simple hallway serves as the separator, guiding you through both wings that embrace an airy courtyard, allowing the gentle flow of natural light in.

Our goal in choosing finishes and furniture was to seamlessly incorporate natural elements like warm wood and natural fabrics into the overall aesthetic. Neutral tones establish a serene atmosphere, allowing substantial furniture pieces to maintain a sense of lightness and balance in every room. The kitchen boasts a striking full window backsplash, offering a captivating view of the wildlife inhabiting the surrounding woods. Highlighted design elements include a Pendleton Fabric Elk mount, colorful Birds of New York artwork, and a playful hanging chair.
